How I Work

I'm in love with words, but I also believe that they're nothing without great ideas behind them. When the two come together, they have the power to change the world.

I trust and respect the people who use the products I work on, and I aim to make users’ lives easier by making every word count.

What I do

I generate creative ideas, I write content, and I help other people do both those things better.

I refine, polish, and hone, and put everything to the test to make sure it's the best it can be before it goes out the door. I find out what the user needs, I think strategically about how best to serve them, and I collaborate to create an end-to-end experience grounded in best practices.
